I have problem is keyboard show Caps Lock and Scroll Lock is blinking, when any key Scroll Lock was flashing. I tried different keyboards, tried CMOS Jumper nothing works, it was problem in Boot (WINDOWS ERROR RECOVERY)
What I can't:
f8 during boot (because scroll lock is flashing during press.)
Normally Windows from WINDOWS ERROR RECOVERY (Can't key cause flashing..)
Motherboard: BIOSTAR H77MU3
