I saw some benchmarks and the gtx660ti is quite a leap from the 660.
I'll record games and render videos.

My system was going to be:
-fsp aurum 80 plus gold 600w
-fx8320
-gtx660
-m5a97 evo r2.0
-300r
-500gb hdd
-8gb ram 1600mhz ddr3

But I could change the top three parts to stay with the same price:
-fx6300
-cx600m
-gtx660ti

What should I pick? (I won't OC)

For gaming, definitely go with a better GPU rather than a better CPU. However, If I were you, I'd switch to an Intel processor, as they are generally better overall for gaming.

well, depends... AMD is a rollercoaster.
The problem with AMD is that it is optimized for multithreaded tasks - if you encode/stream video it owns the i5. But if it comes to everyday tasks and playing games the i5 wins over the amd /since games run optimally at 2-4 cores and intel has higher core per clock performance/.

tl/dr> peterisluego is right - If you're building a dedicated video editing machine on which you'll play games from time to time - go for AMD. If you plan on gaming and edit a video from time to time go with i5. If you want to do everything like a boss go for the i7.
