Greetings! I'm upgrading my rig from a geforce 470gtx. My specs right now are...

17 2600k
Nvidia Geforce 470 GTX
Windows 7

I want to get the most for $300 and I want to stick with Nvidia because I really enjoy the digital vibrance. I've been looking at the 600 series.

What's the best Nvidia card out there for $300?

Thanks for your time!

Well the 7950 would be the best bang for buck! But you only want NV so you should save more money and get a 670 if you rather not then your choices are limited to the 660 Ti.Based off Nvidia’s new Kepler design, the GTX 660 Ti provides top notch performance with extremely high efficiency, so you’re guaranteed to be getting a ton of performance without a lot of energy or creating a lot of heat either. With MSI’s Power Edition GTX 660 Ti, you’re also getting MSI’s legendary Twin Frozr IV cooler, which will provide excellent cooling along with MSI’s triple overvoltage design that allows you to do a little overclocking to improve performance if you’re feeling adventurous. This is your best bet http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127696

Thank you! And nothing is wrong with the 470. It's only getting around 30 fps in Guild Wars 2 right now and I'm looking to upgrade. Also with BF4 on the rise and other games, I'll need a 660 for max settings.

Digital Vibrance is a tool that adds extra glow to your game. Here's a detailed description. I don't think radeons have digital vibrance, just a nvidia thing.

I'd go with the 7950 over the 670. So obviously 7950 > 660 ti. If you aren't going to OC the card, get the 670. But if you are going to OC then the an OC'd 7950 will outperform a OC'd 670.
