Howdy everybody!
So I recently got a new GPU that is fairly decent, and I haven't seen an increase in my FPS in games. I'm thinking it may be the old PSU I have which is a fairly junky model. So I'm wondering if I'm reading the output of SpeedFan correctly.
When I look at the voltages it says something like this:
Label Sensor Sample
+12v +12v 0.45v
-12v -12v -0.92v
Am I correct in thinking thats meaning that I'm really not getting enough juice? Isn't it supposed to be MUCH closer to 12v?
If that is the case, and I really need a new PSU, I'm looking for one in the $50-$100 range that will give me the needed power for at least a few years. I was researching, and this one seems to get good reviews.

Does that look like a good one?
Thanks for the help.
