Which is better for OC and why

neither. get an after market heat sink and fan.

They get "toasted" by the better air coolers and they noisy ... I don't see the point

i have the Cooler Master V6 GT, i had 2 issues with it. one it did jiggled quite a bit on my cpu, two it did not fit in my case. if i use i hirer end case fan will that cut down on the noise and decrease the temp.

The H60 and H70 are not higher end. The Noctua NH-D14 is a lot better though. IF you want a smaller cooler that will be better than the V6 GT. Get at least the H80

Thats irrelevant unfortunately. The pump on the H60 and H70 is weak. The radiator has a low FPI(higher is better if you want good cooling with good fans).

Its just inherently not a good OCing cooler.

thats what i was looking for what made those 2 bad. thanks for the help
