Help, low budget gaming rig

Hi there folks, i need help for below low budget gaming rig, please note that ill be playing on 19" 1440x900 max resolution. So is below going to bee good for most of the games, and if can be upgradet in near futture. I have poor options here in my country so this is it. I ussualy play online MMO's. Soo please advise on this:

CPU: AMD CPU FX-4130 3.80GHz
M.Board: Asus M5A78L-M LX
GPU: Asus HD7770-DC-1GD5
RAM: Kingston HyperX Blu 4GB 1600MHz
HDD: HDD 750GB Seagate
PSU: Cooler Master 450W
Case: Cooler Master Chassic Elite 370

If you can get a Vishera/Piledriver. Either a 4300 or 6300. The IPC improvement over Zambezi/Bulldozer is worth it.
You need a 2x2 memory kit for dual channel memory performance.
Maybe it's a good price point but hard drive platters are either 500GB or 1TB. You give up a small bit performance with a hard drive that only uses half a platter.
