I have recently set up two monitors on my computer running windows 7. Its great however when i play a full screen game (League of Legends) my primary screen goes full screen just fine but on my secondary screen i can see about an inch of my primary screens wall paper. I am running displayfusion so i have a taskbar on both monitors, however when i am in a game on the secondary screen the taskbar is shifted over that one inch where the primary wallpaper appers. Are my settings for the game wrong (i.e) set up with larger detentions than my monitor is) or will this always happen?

Solution
To keep the proper alignment you need to run the game at the maximum resolution of the monitor. I am going to assume that you game on the 17" so that would be 1280x1024.

Thats not what he is trying to do I think. I think he is trying to do what I do, game on one with the other screen for other stuff like teamspeak or system monitors.

Now, the reason you are seeing a bit of your main screens content on the other screen is that you are running the game at a lower resolution than the monitor is designed for.
