The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time.

The BSOD never happens in Safe Mode, only in normal when running a program such as Microsoft office and other programs used by my mother who is a teacher. I can not seem to find anything on the internet about fixing this.

Not, that I am aware of, I did not do the installation, my mother had someone install windows on the machine as she is far from Tech Savvy, and I live hours away at college. The windows shows to be Windows 7 Ultimate and activated, would there be a way to determine if they installed a pirated version of windows on the machine? And if it is not which I wouldn't think it is, Is there any possible fix for this?
