Hard drive not getting detected

I dropped my seagate harddrive and it won't work. but when I connect to laptop or to any device , I am able to hear the sound of runing motor inside hard drive

Physically damaged? Try another PC and get it connected as external, if the same problem, then your disk is damaged. Hard to repair. You may ask the disk manufacturer for help.
