i need help choosing between the two systems

This system will be used for gaming whilst video recording so needs the highest frame rates. Which one is better for this?

Both of the GPUs are pretty weak. At 1080p don't expect to be past low settings with playable FPS in new games.

This will play new games at medium settings tops. The GPU is still not the best. Its better by a lot compared to the other two, but it will only really get you medium settings in new games at best.

I dont know my conversions. Yes, americans are lazy. But for under 700 american you can get a gtx 660 build. Gtx 600 blows the radeon 7770 out of the water. Though for the price the radeon 7770 is great.

What id do though, is instead of 3770 processor, grab the 3570 (make sure you get 3570k if youre gonna oc) then take the hundred bucks you just shaved off and throw it on a "good" radeon 7870 or gtx 660.

Oooooih prebuilt. Go to a site like ibuypower then. Can get a decent "custom" build put together for like 800-850 american. Again, sorry i dont know my conversions.

You should really order the parts and put it together yourself though. Otherwise anything decent is gonna be too expensive. Its not hard, watch a couple videos.

First off that RAM is triple channel X58 RAM and won't work on a dual channel system.

Second you don't need an i7. Spend less on the CPU and more on the GPU. Try something like this:

Building your own is always best. If you cant shove an oem OS into your budget, maybe downgrade to a radeon 7859 but thats really as weak a card as i would get in your position.
