I would rather take the Sandisk Ultra Plus for $96, MLC > TLC. The Samsung will last long enough for issues to be minimal though.

The EVO is great but if you're worried the TPC 812. 212+ @ 4.1ghz is pretty cool already and EVO is better than the 212+

Generally when you call them and explain the situation, they are pretty good about letting you re use the license.
What resolution do you game at?

You could do a GPU upgrade to get better in game performance. I would pick this if you game newish games at highish resolutions

A faster HDD or an SSD will speed up your load times and boot times. Depending on how old your HDD is, you could get double the sequential read write. An SSD will boost the speed a lot. I am fine with HDD speeds myself

Case would be my last choice to upgrade :p

SSD? If your gonna replace the CPU + mobo, might as well add an SSD and reinstall Windows.

IF not then how about upgrading the 6850? It's decent but if you want to crank the settings....

Also, don't forget to grab an aftermarket cooler such as the Cooler Master Evo. You need it for overclocking. Don't dare use the Intel heatsink/fan that comes with the 3570K.

Yea I was thinking maybe a EVO 212 or go balls out and get a H60-80-or 100?

I only play World of Warcraft @ 1920x1080 but I want to raid 25man at max settings and get good FPS.

I hear WoW is CPU intensive so I figure the HD 6850 is rather good for it

The Evo is plenty. It'll keep your system cool even with an overclock. If you want to and spend a lot more time at it you could go for Extreme overclock and then you might want better cooling. However, for gaming it's not needed. My Evo keeps my CPU always under 70C during intense gaming.

I too think the 6850 is plenty for WoW. I really recommend a SSD. Samsung 840 for $100:
