(I want to buy it in a few months for battlefield 4)

RAM:CORSAIR VENGEANCE Low Profile 8GB - 2x 4GB DDR3-1600 CL9

CPU:Core i5 3470 - 3.20GHz Quad Core - Socket 1155 CPU

PSU:RaidMax 730W PSU 135mm Blue LED Fan

Resolution will be 1920x1080.

Will there be any problems whatsoever,bottlenecking etc. ?

I can't go higher my money is very tight, don't recommend me something rediculous like a 7950 for example, i just want to know if this system will work well together.

Don't get that psu or either one of those mobo.

That brand of psu you had sucks and is way too much power for one gpu. The money you save with these changes you might be able to get a gtx 660 ti or hd 7950.
