Current files on USB doesn't show on Windows 7, but shows up at Mac OS X (my computer)

When I plug in USB to a Windows 7, current files (which it's important) doesn't show up. I check it again at my Mac (Macbook OS X 10.5.8) that current files show up.

What should I do?
What's wrong, the Mac, Windows, or the USB instead?

Could be that it's formatted in a file system that Windows can't read. I think I remember that Macs can format to FAT32, and depending on Which MAC OS you have it might be able to format to NTFS. There are 3 file systems that Windows will read: FAT32, NTFS, or XFAT.
