My specs:
i5 3570k
gtx 660 sli
Asus Sabertooth
8gb ram
700 psu
everything else is good to go

I'm looking to use my desktop for 4 years, and I'm wondering if I could last that long without any sort of upgrade, playing the demanding games of 2016/2017 (maybe it will be battlefield 6 lol). I don't really mind if I play on low settings, I just want to be able to play it. I will be overclocking the cpu and gpu.

If you dont think it would be possible, do you think 2 670s might work, or even 2 680s. If neither of these will be able to play games in 2017 then i might have to purchase completely new cards in the process.

Looking back at graphics cards from 2009, I havent seen anybody use those cards nowadays to play bf3, crysis 3, etc. But since I saw that the new ps4's specs were soo rubbish, maybe i had a chance.

Sure you will be able to run the games, similar to how 4 years old hardware runs games now.

do you recommend me using a more powerful setup than gtx 660 sli to play it though?
