okay i found the answer on youtube

for anyone else interested when you open cmd right-click on its window at the cmd icon
(top left corner)
then go to properties and click on font
and just change the window size,it will also effect the font size :)

" ways that i know of (there may be a better way) before opening cmd prompt drop your screen resolution this will make the text bigger, the other way is to right click desktop (assuming win7) click Screen resolution then click make text and other items larger or smaller, increase the size to %150, it works but its a pain and you will have to revert everything when you done. There may be a better way that i dont know of.
