problem in memory card

there is a file in my memory card
whwn i delet it it will delet but in some time it comes
tell me how can i delet it
and i can't add any file in my memory card

By memory card I assume you mean a SD card or flash drive or something along those lines...
In that case its easy to fix.
All you half to do is insert the memory card into your computer and format the memory card. Simply go to start>computer (look for the memory card you just inserted) Right click it and look down at the bottom you'll see format click it and then click start and yes if windows complains about it. Let it run reboot and you should be able to use it again and anything that was on it should be gone.
