Hello, i have couple of questions.

1.What are the most important parts for gaming computer ?

2.What parts are not important, so you can save money ?

3.What to look for in processors, graphics cards , motherboards ?

4.How can you optimize computer specifically for gaming, what task are not that important for computer to run so you dont need them so computer can focus on gaming ?

I have never build computer before.

Thank you.

intel cpu from microcentre-video card-as good as you can afford-get a good name power supply and the video card will recommend a minimum amount of wattage but with one card 600 watts should be fine- motherboard-do you want SLI or crossfire?etc

No way I can cover it all here but you are going to need a cpu and heatsink, a motherboard and some ddr ram, a hard drive (ssd or standard), a case and a power supply. For gaming you will also need a good graphics card.

To save money you can use a standard hard drive and not a ssd, you can get a slightly slower and cheaper cpu and a motherboard with less features and make sure you research and choose your graphics card well. The difference between a £100 card and a £150 card can be quite large, but the noticeable difference between a £300 and a £500 card can be very small.
A cheap power supply can often be unreliable and fail easily or cause frequent crashes so its always best to invest in a good one that is powerful enough for your setup and 8gb of ddr3 ram is the standard for a gaming system and is very cheap.
For modern gaming you are going to need a quad core cpu, an intel i5 is perfect if your budget allows and a gtx 650ti is usually the lowest graphics card I would consider for a gaming machine (not the gtx 650 as this is much worse).

You would need to research a lot more than this because otherwise you can end up with parts that are not compatible or not suitable.

Well for a computer you need a:
Case, Motherboard, Processor , graphics card, RAM, HDD or SSD (or both), power supply, optical drive, Operating system, and a cpu cooler.
first find a price range from which you like to start (high end, mid, or low) my budget was $1200 personally.
Then you can research parts on sites like Newegg.com and compare prices with pcpartpicker.com.
if you want to look the system im building go here :) anything else? http://pcpartpicker.com/user/xpapaxsmurfx/saved/1rCZ
