Processor: Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E8400
RAM: 4GB DDR2
GPU: Intel G33/G31 Express Chipset Family
Motherboard: Asrock G31M-S
Monitor:29" Sharp TV

I'm not sure about my PSU, since it's my friends' one. but it should be around 300 watt??

I want to change my GPU, which GPU is able to support my Motherboard??
Budget is below $200

I want to know what kind of resolution is best for a 29" TV.

Thanks in advance

Pretty much any modern GPU will drop straight into that board. However, don't spend large sums of money on it as it is fairly old. Try something from Tom's best video card for your money article for your preferred flavour. You should be able to get a balanced solution for $150 with ease. As for the resolution, the TV runs a native resolution of 1920x1080 otherwise known as 1080p or full HD. Any GPU putting out that resolution will look the best you can get on that TV. You could lower the resolution if your chosen GPU can't handle your games at that, but it won't look as good. I have come across some TVs that will not display a PC signal at 1080p but defaults down to 720p (probably due to licencing fees or other such rubbish).
