Hi,
I have a 250GB Iomega external hard drive. It has two cords coming out of it; a usb cable and a power supply cable. When the hard drive used to work you could hear it working and a blue light would come on. However, it is now silent and the blue light does not turn on and my computer does not recognize it. i was wondering if anyone could let me know what is wrong with it and what i can do to fix it or retrieve my files off of it?
