Best keyboard and mouse for this build?

I have found some keyboards (with mouse) at PCpartpicker for $30 or less, but I don't know which one is best for my build! Please do give suggestions!

PURPOSE: gaming, normal use.

I would go for the second link as its wired...I dont like wireless stuff as they run out of juice and you will have to keep replacing batteries in them plus with wireless mouse you might experience some input lag when playing shooters and thats a matter of kill or being killed in games

I use Razer keyboard and mouse but the mouse is $60 so if you want some better ergonomics you have to pay more
