Replacing computer speaker Jack

Bought a new wire to connect the old wire. However, right now im confused which wire goes where?
The left wire is the speaker's wire consisting of Green, White, & Non-insulated wires.
The right wire is the new wire with Red, Blue, and Yellow wires.
Which wire goes where? Help!!

What is on the other end of the right hand wire as it looks like 3 amp mains flex from here?

Oh, to be honest i dont really know haha. My friend said it should be compatible... Well its aux to aux with the same size male jack
