Random freezes with no BSOD - what could it be?

Hi all!

Here are my specs:
ASRock Z77 Pro4-M motherboard
Intel i7 2600 processor
GEIL EVO Corsa 2x4 gb 2133 mhz CL9 + Arctic RC PRO 2133MHZ
500W chieftec smart power GPS 500A power supply

Sapphire 4850 1 GB DDR3 VGA

OCZ Vertex 3 120 GB SSD
2 Samsung 500 GB HDD

I am using Windows 7 64-bit Home Edition.

I am having random freezes with no BSODs, just a blank screen, black screen with a blinking cursor, or random solored pixels from the last screen, but distorted (I will try to attach this).

In the past I had some BSODs F4 with the message:
A process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or been terminated.

So I tested my RAMs with Memtest 86, Memtest (that runs while OS is running) and Windows Memory diagnostics, but no errors were found. I set the RAMs back to 1333 MHz in case the CPU couldn't handle the higher clock speed.

I also stress tested my processor with Prime95, but it didn't produce BSODs.

And after all this, I uninstalled the RST driver, and switched my SSD to a different SATA III slot (I thought I had it on the 0 port, but it turned out it was in a different one).

Since I had done that, I didn't have any BSODs, but have these random freezes. Eventviewer doesn't say anything about these errors.

I might need to add that when I switched the SSD to a different slot, I cleaned the interior of the computer, and after that I had a serious freeze (in the middle of a game) when the overtemp led of my GPU lit up. I took it out, than put it back, and it didn't happen again. It seems like its temperature is OK...

I probably don't know enough about this to be able to share all the right details, but I will try to answer any questions the best I could.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
