Worth shifting from a G11 keyboard

I currently have a G11 keyboard and im looking for a new one. I have found the CM storm Quickfire TK red as the best keyboard in terms of my requirements: Short keyboard, red backlighting and mechanical switches.

What i want to ask is if its worth buying a new keyboard when my g11 works fine. And is the keyboard of better quality specially game wise than my g11?

No one can answer whether the upgrade is worth it other than yourself. Personally I love mechanical keyboards and if you have some extra money to spend I would say go for it. Peripherals like keyboard mouse and monitor are how you interact with the computer and if it makes your experience better why not? That being said the G11 is a fantastic keyboard. Will you notice a ton of improvement by upgrading? Probably not. I would recommend going to a retail store where you can try out the demo keyboards and decide for yourself whether a new keyboard is worth your hard earned cash.

As long as the keyboard isn't a downgrade from my current one in quality the other aspects make it worth the buy for me. One of the biggest being when the numpad interferes with my mouse movements. Thanks for the answer.
