I have a toshiba labtop. I am at Tennessee Tech University. Recently they got the Bradford agent which requires a username and password to be able to connect to the wifi. Usually a labtop recognizes when you need more info to log in, but mine will not pop up the notification to let me know i need more info to log in. What should i do?

Solution

hmm what does it do when you go into internet explorer? just say page not found etc? what i would try first is reset internet explorers settings to default then click on that wifi and disconnect from it then go into device manager hit uninstall wifi adapter then let it uninstall the hit search for changes up top and it will reinstall the adapter. after that try to reconnect to that wifi and open the browser. also make sure you are using dhcp and your wifi adapter is not trying to use a static ip.
