Hi, I just purchased a new Asus laptop (K55A-SI50301P), and it has two USB 3.0 sockets and only one USB 2.0 socket.. I have tried a couple different USB plugs, and NONE of them will fit into my BLUE USB 3.0 sockets... I did a Google search, and as far as I understood, they should be compatible (just not up to 3.0 speeds)... But in my case, I can't even fit the plugs into the holes!!! What the heck? Any idea what's going on?? Do I need to return my laptop because of this?
