Streaming/Gaming on Ultra with 60+ FPS

Need advice on a gaming rig with 1080p streaming, ultra settings on games like bf3, skyrim etc... With FPS never dropping below 60 FPS while streaming.

Actually, if the only thing you are doing with your build is gaming, then i would get the i5 3570k. There is only a small difference in gaming performance, but it costs $100 less

Not necessary - for gaming rigs you don't come out ahead purchasing an i7 or a Xeon. Stick with the 3570K.

As the title suggests I'm also using this to stream. i5's lack hyper threading, so I do not want to buy an i5 series cpu.

Unless you're running tons of VMs or doing lots of multimedia authoring you don't need an i7 for that usage. My four year old Core 2 Duo laptop can run streaming applications fine. It doesn't take a lot of horsepower for that.

You definently do need a lot of horse power to stream 1080p on streaming services such as twitch. Just a little research on google will tell you that. Shoryuken, that build looks great!
