Get 1600mhz ram. Drop down on the PSU and get a good 650 or 550w from Seasonic, Corsair, XFX, Antec. The case is up to you. I personally am not a fan of big huge cases. I would get a Fractal Define R4 instead. If i were to go smaller I would get a Silverstone SG09 or a Fractal Core 1000.

you can go with a mid-tower if you wanted too the only difference really is how many dvd/ blue ray drives and hard drives you can put in it.. you can swap out fans and things like that really easy its more of an eye candy thing with the full tower realize those things are big.. fyi

AMD tends to be cheaper when it comes to CPUs.

I agree with completelyrandomname. For RAM, get 1600 or 1866 Mhz. 1600 Mhz is plenty fast, 1866 Mhz if you found a really good deal. You would have to have a very expensive motherboard and CPU to really benefit from 2133 Mhz RAM... and have serious overclocking plans. 850 watt PSU is a lot more then you need, especially with a GTX 650 Ti Boost. 550 Watts would be enough, 650 Watts would give you some growing room. Rosewill is an ok brand. That's Newegg's house brand. I prefer Antec, Corsair, and Seasonic PSUs. You don't Need a full tower. A mid tower would have plenty of room for your build. Case's tend to be personal preference more then anything. I really like Cooler Master cases.

I've heard a few others mention Fractal too. I'll have to check those out next build.
