i have a gigabyte fsb 1600 oc 1333 motherboard and im not sure if most of the new CPUs are compatible with it...i need a preferably 4core(or 2core) CPU with 3Ghz at least because I am building a new pc for gaming mostly...Im afraid that most CPUs won't work with the motherboard...

at least providing the mobo chipset would be nice /should be written somewhere on the box or in the manual/ - LGA775, LGA1155, LGA2011, LGA1156, FM1, AM3+?
depending on that we can see what CPU fits in and recommend you the best solution...

thanks man ...i had thoughts about changing the mobo and buying a DDR3 one but that would have buy new RAMs as well (mine are 4GB) AND the new CPU...i already decided to buy Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 gpu and all together would make quite a price...seems i will have to make do with the GPU only and buy the rest in summer when i get some more money...
