Alrighty guys, I'm having some issues with my home built PC. I was having other issues not too long ago, but those were resolved (link at bottom for reference). So now my system is freezing when I try to start it up. I can't get into Windows at all, even through safe-mode. I can get into my BIOS just fine though, so I'm hoping that means it's not a hardware issue. The last thing I did was shut it down earlier this morning to install updates. When I came home from class, I tried booting back up, but it always freezes at the "Starting Windows" screen (black screen with pulsing Windows logo). I've tried using Startup Repair, but that has not fixed anything. At the moment, I'm thinking that I will probably need to perform yet another clean install. But, seeing as I can't currently get into my system to back-up certain files, I am definitely open to suggestions. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
