I've narrowed it down to these two:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Which one will provide better cooling, I'm also looking into the NZXT Kraken X60 but I don't know if my case will support it.

This is my case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

None of your links work... here's a case compatibility: http://www.nzxt.com/Download/Kraken%20Case%20Compatibil...
I assume those links are something like Kraken X60 and the Corsair H110. Just so you know the Thermaltake Water 2.0 Extreme out performs those 2 coolers -by a couple degrees Celsius. If you are looking at this price point I advise you get a Swiftech H220 instead. It WILL outperform all these closed loop coolers. You can even add other parts to the cooler so you can end up water cooling your whole system with the H220.

EDIT: Forgot to answer your question, get the X60. It should perform better than the H110 but not much. Probably a degree or two.
