I have been using the OCZ ZS Series 750W with my build for a while, but I just notice some graphic issues (color branding) in some video games. I know its not a graphics issue or motherboard issue because I have swapped out some motherboards and cards, and tried the onboard graphics. So I am guessing my power supply may not be giving enough power or there is a compatibility issue.

Is this power supply compatible with the Ivy Bridge CPUs

It's not PSU either. PSU provides power, nothing hidden in it. You have some other problems.

And it's not power issue. You have enough power even for GTX590 or GTX 690 and i7.

when a PSU says it Ivy Bridge, sandy bridge, Phenom, FX compatible it is just advertising words. All PSU's are compatible just is the the PSU powerful enough to run the equipment you want to run.

The only issue that would relate to the problem being your PSU, is a possibility of it not filtering properly. Causing noise or interference to distort the display. Of course, that could also be an issue related to what you have it plugged into.
