Bad idea, two weak cards are never as good as a single strong card. Better to sell off the card and invest in something like a 7870.

If you are determined to do so, 700w is twice whats needed but not stating the brand or model of your PSU is quite worrying, it could be a totally crap one.

I had crossfire 6770 I got pretty good performance butbi picked up a single 6950 and it was much better game play. You can pick up a used 6950 for about 100 bucks. So just depends on what you can get the 6770 for.
