Hey I was just wondering if this rig will be able to play most games on max settings with 30+ FPS and is good for overclocking and obviously is a quality build. Thank you :)

i5 3570K
Sapphire 7870 XT
ASUS P8Z77-V LK
G.Skill Ripjaws X 8GB 1600MHz
1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200.12
64GB ADATA SX900 (only as boot drive)
CM Hyper 212+
CM HAF 912
Corsair CX600

Solution
Should be able to handle most (if not all) games on max settings at 30 fps or above on 1080p if the card is overclocked. The i5 3570K should overclock well; stable on 4.5 Ghz with that cooler. You can OC the 7870 XT to around 1200 Mhz. Good build overall, if you really need it.

Wow that was faster than expected! Thanks for the quick reply and I'll be playing single monitor @ 1920 x 1080

Yeah it should handle that easily on a 1920x1080 monitor. More like 50+ rather than 30+ on most games :)

With that CPU + Cooling fan most people report over-clock of between 4GHz to 4.5GHz which is a substantial increase.

Well I'll be playing the latest games like Crysis 3, Bioshock, BF3 so I'd think it be nice to play at max with good frames and I was thinking of overclocked my gpu to 1200MHz but the 3570K to around 4.2 just to be on the safe side :)

You will see a big drop in FPS when recording but you should be able to play on max settings on most games still. Crysis 3 is an exception - it is very demanding even when not recording, don't know how many frames you'd get on it, though. You might get below 30 fps on Crysis 3 (on maximum settings).
