Next Generation Radeon or current cards?

Should I get a current Radeon card (7950, to be exact), or wait for the next generation? Won't the prices be higher at launch than this generation's current price? Please help!

What you could do is wait until the launch then get a older generation card because the price will drop with the new cards intro. Then you could get a 7970.

Depends on what you have now. If you already have a capable gaming system then I'd opt to wait it out, but if you are running a GT 210 or something of the sort I'd just go for a 7950 now. The 7950's have come down alot in price since launch, so you are right in saying that the newer cards will be pretty pricey in comparison to the 'old' stuff.
