Oh yea. It will fit just fine. It even comes with 3 fans, should take care of your cooling a bit. Unless you plan on adding a second card or something later and OCing something like this will do http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139027&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-Power%20Supplies-_-Corsair-_-17139027&cm_sp=&AID=10440897&PID=3938566&SID= $60 - $20 rebate = $40.

Thank Mclubbin For doing this for me !! Thanks a lot no one answers my questions you did it and even made a better build for me .. Thanks man!
The only thing i saw was that the video card there it says 174.99 and its 189.99 .. but its not to much difference..
Btw .. do you think 500w its enough? thanks..
AND .. does it really affect that the motherboard doesn´t have pci 3.0 and the video card yes.. like does it affect the performance that much from the video card? sorry for my grammar i dont know much about it (Im mexican)..

No problem.

Yes, 500w should be sufficient for your build.

As long as is has a PCI 16x slot you will be good.

So to answer your question, all of your parts will be fine and this will be a good build. Your case even has enough room for the large CPU cooler.

Also, afer you send in the rebate and get the money from it the video card is only 175.
