First time building my own computer and would like some help.

Hi guys,
This is my fist computer that I am building and would like some critique like on if all the pieces are compatible and if they are ok parts.

Here are the parts:

CPU Intel Core i7-3820 3.6GHz Quad-Core

CPU Cooler Thermaltake Water 2.0 Pro 81.3 CFM Liquid

Motherboard Asus Sabertooth X79 ATX LGA2011

Corsair Vengeance 8GB (4 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Storage A-Data S510 Series 120GB 2.5" SSD

Video Card PNY GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB

Case NZXT Phantom 410 (Black/Orange) ATX Mid Tower

Corsair Professional Gold 650W 80 PLUS Gold Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply

Optical Drive Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

Operating System Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit)

I will be using this setup for gaming, internet surfing and HD video.
Please feel free to advise different parts and new ideas.

If by HD video you mean watching them, and you are not into serious video editing/rendering then, you will not need an i7 CPU.

I would suggest a different cooler, as your not over clocking, nor is that CPU going to produce a large amount of heat. Look into something quieter and possibly cheaper, like a Noctua DH-14. Often the cheaper liquid cooling solutions can be noisy and not well made.

I really really like the asus sabertooth mobo so I don't want to switch to the asrock and is the i5 3570k compatible with the sabertooth?

Nope! An i5 3570k won´t fit into a Sabertooth X79 ATX LGA2011 -- you´d need a 1155 socket for the i5, like ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 LGA 1155 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131821

Hey Jordan,
Thanks for pointing that out I never thought of that. So if I switched it to the Zalman CNPS11X Performa would that fan still fit on the mobo with the ram so close? Is the Zalman CNPS11X Performa a good fan and is it compatible with the x79? I looked at the DH-14 and it says it's not compatible with the Lga 2011. If the Zalman does not look like it will fit in with the RAM and all could you suggest a good yet still cheap lga 2011 cpu fan? And yes you were right I will not be OCing.
