Today I was cleaning out my PC for dust cleaned my case, gpus, fans and CPU. When I cleaned my CPU it was stuck to the heat sink assuming it was fine and working before I just cleaned it (entirely with a can of compressed air).

I search through forums but nothing has worked. I tested GPU, boot with nothing but ram, without the GPU, everything I tried it I even rewired my PC repaying every connector lol I can't even get a picture and doesn't even beep on boot. It run for 10 seconds and powers off two seconds later repeat. I don't know what to do next I suspect the CPU but the fans plugged in I have no bends in the pins its firmly locked redid it to be sure at least 3 times. Any information is great thank you everyone!

Specs:
Mobo - MSI NF750-G55
CPU - AMD Phenom II X6 1090T
GPU - EVG GeForce GTX 550 Ti (2)
Ram - G.SKILL Ripjaws DDR3 4gb (1)
PSU - CORSAIR CX600 600W
HDD - 2tb western digital wd20ears
Case - nzxt gamma

I appreciate all feedback thanks guys.

Check for bent pins on the CPU. Is the heatsink making good contact with the CPU?

Did you remove the heatsink from the CPU when you were cleaning your PC? If so, you need to completely clean the surface of the CPU and Heatsink with some isopropyl alcohol and apply some new thermal paste or compound. Your CPU may be overheating.

most likely a loose (spelling?) connection. either the cables (sata and whatnot)
or the gpu. so remove those parts and plug them in again.

these usually happens when we clean :)

There's no bent connectors, and I never removed the heat sinks it were stuck to the CPU, and there's no loose connection I rewired the whole rig lol and I tried removing units in every combination you can think of. Tomorrow I am going to pick up some article silver and try to get the CPU off the heatsink. But is there anything else you guys think it could be?

Also CPU is making good contact (lock arm firm and readjusted at least 3 times)

Today I resat the CPU and cleaned the old thermal compound with alcohol got it looking brand new and let sit all day reapplied article silver made sure everything was 110% fired up the PC and nothing changed. I'm at my wits end does anyone have any idea or next steps I can do to get my rig back up and running?

LEDs light up however when the PSU is connected to the motherboard it give off a high pitch whine sound but when it is not connected to the mobo or during a test with a fan it doesnt whine at all and could run, could that possibly mean mono some how messed up?

hmmm worry if if psu being issue so unstable suplly power to motherboard, PSU could borrow a friend to try it out .. here must test one by one

Added: when I disconnect the jpwr2 cable there's no restarts it runs however once I plug in the jpwr2 cable it restarts and continuously restarts. Do I need the jpwr2 cord or is it possible that it may have a short? I'm trying to express all options.

Don't...
