Best graphics card under $200 for this rig?

I'm trying to find the best graphics card for my first pc build. I don't want to spend more than $200 on it.

Motherboard: ASUS M5A78M-L XL PLUS MICRO ATX

Processor:AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor

Ram: (2x4gb) G.skill sniper series

I was currently looking at the evga gtx 650 ti 2gb

i suggest go with 7850 for around 170-200$ on newegg, if you can push for 7870, go for it.

and if you want nvidia card get the gtx 650 ti boost, but i recommend amd, wins nvidia in price/performance in the 200$ range
