I've finalized processor and mobo. I want to know if memory I've chosen is compatible for this combo.

I want to by this motherboard: H61M-P20 link: http://www.msi.com/product/mb/H61M-P20--G3-.html#/?div=Detail

and Intel Pentium G2020 processor ( link: http://ark.intel.com/products/71070)

In the mobo specification :

DDR3 1066/1333/1600* DRAM, 16GB Max
*DDR3-1600 MHz is only supported with Intel® Ivy Bridge processors

Also in the processor specification "Memory Types" it says "DDR3-1333"

Now I want to by this Corsair RAM :

DDR3 1600/PC3 12800
10-10-10-27 CAS Latency

That ram is compatible with your mobo and processor. When you will first run the device, the ram frequency and timings will be automatically set.
If you are planning to install only 8gB then go for two 4gB cards like http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-vengeance-ddr3-4-gb-1-x-gb-pc-ram-cmz4gx3m1a1600c9/p/itmd2rypbx4eehaf?pid=RAMD2RYPMVWCEK6E&ref=7ba1aefd-ddd1-4990-b352-77c77beb7317&srno=m_1_1&otracker=from-search&query=Vengeance

Also I can personally guarantee these cards work great as I am using them personally. Also I want to point out that I only paid 1340 per piece when I bought them last November. So it would be a great idea to check for local shops.
