can some 1 help me bout this

When I turn the key in my car, the air-con goes really hard and makes noise but nothing happens.
Please help me fix it.
Basically what you have said, just changed into a car context. Little to no information to go on, from that description it could literally be anything.
Has anything happened to the computer since you last used it, was it knocked/tipped over, split a drink into it?
What were you doing that last time you used it?
Does it have any existing issues, does it tend to freeze randomly, does it overheat, does it give off BSOD's regularly?
When you turn it on, what does it do? Any beeping, does the HDD LED flicker at all?
Have you already checked through HP support?

And more importantly, are you willing to bust open the machine to fix it?

hello manofchalk well in your answer 2 me u asked if anything like drinks knocked over tipped freezes up etc etc none of the bove has happened . i got pc bout 3 years ago it was from a frind it had windows xp on it, so i put vista ulitmate on it and put two hhd in as well , since all that its been running fine up to the last time i was on it , i havent done nothing to the hd or ram or anything it was running fine 4 bout the last few years without anything happening , well i was on the pc the nite b 4 turned off normal i got up next day and turn on the pc and thats when the fan were going very fast the power light was on without the pc being on i could not turn the pc off either i had to turn it off from the mains . i did go hp site for help didnt really get an answer to what i wanted to know , i spoke to a guy in the shop he thinks its the psu or the mother borad . on the psu the green light comes on fine and is steady doesnt go off or flicker , i hope this has help you abit am new here and not sure how things go on theses kind of site . well lookforward to hearing from you thank you .
