Which one of these is the better case for gaming?

Well... there's really not a better case for "gaming."

The Phantom 410 has USB 3.0 on the front, but so does the Ghost... they're about the same size, roughly the same build quality (though the ghost is slightly better.)

What it comes down to is that the Phantom is going to have slightly better airflow (but not amazingly better), while the Ghost is going to be basically absolutely silent. Which you value more is up to you, but I'd take the Ghost in a heartbeat.
