emachine EL 1200-06w wont boot

Im completly lost! when i turn on my computer i see the emachine logo then i see a screen that says windows did not start correctly and gives me the options to start windows normal, safe mode, safe mode with command prompt, safe mode with netwoking , and last knowngooconfiuration. ive clicked all and screen goes black and show windows xp loading then flashes blue screen then restatrs whole process over again i got the blue screen to stay and says UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUMN and gives a code-->stop: 0x000000ED (0x85209900, 0xC0000006,0x00000000 0x00000000) what does this mean?
how do i fix?

it looks like either your harddrive failed or has been corrupted . if you have the install disc try this
Boot from OS(win XP) cd.. it will come to setup window, press 'R', it'll take u to the recovery console window...at the C:>prompt, type "chkdsk /p" (without inverted commas)/ u may get a message: found one or more errors in d volume after it's done...type: chkdsk /p again and press enter..continue doing it till the message: found one or more errors does not appear...then type: fixboot and press enter...type "y" and enter to confirm...u should be all set...

I dont have the insall disc,but i burned a cd with the windows xp service pack 3 to it and it comes on say booting cd then does the whole thing over agian, i appreciate the fast reply anfd help!!
