Looking for advice on CPU and high disk usage alerts.

I keep getting a high CPU usage from my Bing desktop bar and the computer is constanty giving off a sound like a fan and I also got an alert saying high disk usage 'Internet Explorer' and high disk usage 'Windows Performance' or something. I don't know if it's serious. Can anyone tell me if it is? What's happening?

offhand it sounds like your overtaxing and overheating your processor plus running out of hdd space. Quite possibly you have a virus/bot thats being used in the current dns war going on with cyberbunker that affecting almost the whole internet.
