Is my motherboard dead?

My computer couldn't be switched on, the led lights for my peripherals are as normal and the fans are functioning properly. There is no display on my monitor and the hdd indicator isn't flashing when I switch on the power, is my mobo dead?

Reset motherboard cmos
unplug pc from ac then take off mobo battery wait 15sec then put back on start pc then go bios nd restore/optimized/default settings.

yea first try clear cmos ... do you hear beep .. if nothing , try .. shut off power AC and remove plug cable power from PSU let 1x12hours min .. try on .. still no beep / life prepare to buy new one or send claim warranty. i have asus mobo had issue like this. just a suggestion
