Complete Noob help on OCing Sabertooth Z77 and 3770k

Could someone help me please with the BIOS settings to overclock my CPU and RAM please. Every setting to change please. I have read a lot of these threads and some people give different settings for same mb and cpu. Still kind of confused. Also my RAM is still running at 1333 if you could help with that too. Sorry for being such a noob. Thanks!

Ok so in the AI Tweaker - change the line AI Overclock Tuner to X.M.P. Some people say to change that to X.M.P some say change it to manual. Which one?

OK so I got it setup last night. Set my Core to 45, and my voltage to 1.24. With Prime95 I got max temps at 81c with stress test. No crashes. Now to get the temp lower, I would want to lower the voltage correct? Basically I want to get 4.5ghz at the lowest stable voltage correct? Here are my settings. Let me know if they look good. Thanks for the help/
