hi, i currently have a gtx 670 love the card but want more, i'm running a i7 3770k,16gb corsair vengeance ram, xfx 750w psu, ga-z77x-ud5h motherboard, my temps are very good at the moment and i would like to keep them that way the gtx 690 has 10% more performance than the titan, but what other issues are there and which card would be better as there are about the same price ???

Solution

If you are into multi monitor gaming or 3d gaming, get the gtx 690.

If you're into using a single 1920x1080,1920x1200, 2560x1440, or 2560x1600 resolution gaming, just get the titan.

that's right...the titan was a showpiece like a "look what I can do" thing...slap a 1000$ price tag and lol when someone actally buy it. it gets hammered by 2 680 sli anyway. how many monitors are you running? the new radeon 7990 will be out soon. if your on 1 monitor you've hit the ceiling as far as fps is concerned.
