Hello, if you feel that you need the extra proformance then yes overclock, but be aware you will need a better cooler than the stock intel one.
To overclock on your mobo just go into the uefi (bios) and up the multiplier in small increments, do this until your cpu becomes unstable or too hot (75 c-85 c) if temps remain ok then try upping the core voltage carefully, the voltage is what causes excessive heat not the frequency, once you have retained stability you can keep on overclocking if you wish, when you are done you now want to get the voltage as low as you can, while maintaining stability, this will keep your cpu cool and running happily for much longer
