APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Within two weeks
BUDGET RANGE: 300-350$

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT:
Gaming: Just bought Crysis 3, I can play on high and I'm fine with that. Not real big on maxing out graphics but I know I need a new one.
Video Editing/3d Editing: I use programs like Autodesk, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: HD6850 ATI and 700Watt PSU

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS:
i7 3.4GHz Sandy Bridge 2600k
HD 6850
8Gig RAM
700Watt PSU(nothing special, just a 700Watt PSU, non modular)
1TB HDD(Windows 7)
500GB HDD(Windows 8)

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Newegg

PARTS PREFERENCES: None, I just want a new, better GPU. I have no bias between ADM/ATI or Nvidia but I do hear that Nvidia works better with Intel MB and Processors so there is that

OVERCLOCKING: If it's safe then yes
SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Only if my computer can handle it

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1) 1440 x 900
2) 1280 x 720

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I want a good cooler just incase I decide to OC, thats about it.

No point in upgrading with that resolution. Get a decent 1080p-1200p IPS monitor first (i.e. Dell UltraSharp U2412M or Dell UltraSharp U2312HM or NEC EA232WMI), then upgrade GPU.
