Any thoughts on my final build? I'm just hoping it will handle anything I want to do on it.

Looks good.
Some things I would change:
You don't need 750w. A good 600w would be plenty.
If this is for gaming, 8gb of RAM is plenty. 16gb won't be used.
Razer mechanical keyboards are pretty sub-par. I would recommended something with Cherry mx brown switches.

Everything else looks good to go.

It looks like a good build. It'll be great for 1080p gaming and can almost play everything (there may be a few demanding games it may not be able to) on max settings.

Unless you plan on buying another 670 you could knock down the PSU to 600w. I'd recommend this PSU:

And you could go down from 16GB of RAM to 8GB.

Sticking to the bigger psu just in case I ever do decide to get a second 670 lol, and I had enough for the 16gb's of ram so I figured why not go for it.

The only reason I went for the Razer keyboard is because I thought it looked sick and would match the mouse, I'm not a professional gamer or anything as long as it functions and looks good to me I'll take it lol.

I may get some green leds or something to go inside the case but I wanted to see how it looked without anything first.

Unless there's a shipping delay, everything will be here Thursday. This is my first attempt at my own build but I've done a ton of research and watched many build videos on youtube, I just hope everything works and go's smoothly.

I did not buy a wrist strap, but I will definitely ground myself often, thanks for the heads up.

Thanks for the input, as stated before I only went for the 750w for the possibility of getting a second 670 if I ever wanted to.

The evga was good enough for me for $358 and I've heard they have great customer service and warranties. I often don't have the best of luck with electronics I buy lol, so I like to buy from customer service friendly companies.

I'd look at possibly getting the FX-8350, now before this comment gets shot down hear me out. If you are planning on playing new games over the future the 8350 will kick the i5-3570k's ass, almost entirely based on the amount of cores the CPU has. New games are starting to use more cores because of the next generation consoles and now AMD is starting to beat many intel CPUs. Ya AMD doesn't have good temperatures or great architecture but if you want pure performance i think the FX-8350 is a great choice and is cheaper and won't bottleneck a 670 or even a higher GPU. If you think i'm full of it, then just look at some benchmarks from games that use multiple cores like Crysis 3 and if you plan on video editing then the 8350 is a no-brainer.

Please PM me once you get the system up and running. The FTW has a blower style cooler as does my stock model and I hate it due to the noise and temps under load - no room for OCing even tho I have a very well ventilated case. I'd like to hear from someone who has one how loud it gets (run FurMark for 10 minutes or so).

Edit: Here's a comparison of blower with multi-fan setups. Wish I had waited, but just had to have one on launch...

Appreciate the input, but everything I listed has already been ordered. I'm sure I'll be ok, haven't really heard anyone complain about the i5-3570k.

Yeah I'll definitely let you know, noise doesn't really bother me all that much, I could see it getting annoying if it's really loud though. I almost bought the evga gtx 670 signature 2 (the one with two fans), but for only $350 I couldn't pass up on this and most reviews seem to be really good.

Did a quick youtube search and found this noise test vid, doesn't sound too bad to me at all.

Yeah the 670 ftw definitely sounded great for the price to me, I've read that it's basically just a watered down 680 for only $358. I wanted to wait for the 700 series but I saw people saying they weren't expected until late this year and I had the money for all of this right now and am pretty impatient haha.

I think I'll be happy with all of my choices though, I've never even owned a desktop, so I'm sure the upgrade will seem massive to me. I had a 2006ish macbook and then sold that and got an HP envy 14 in 2010 I believe, I thought the macbook was awesome when I first got it but I was only like 13 and it was my first personal computer, I soon began to dislike it and wanted to give windows a shot so I got the HP envy beats edition, and while I do love windows the laptop itself has been extremely lackluster and HP support has screwed me many times. I'm just ready for a beast of a machine with the experience of making it myself lol.

Just an update if anyone cares, received everything in the mail today and successfully completed my first build, everything worked perfectly my first attempt at booting! I couldn't be happier with everything I chose so far, I'm blown away by the speed!
