Hi, I am running Microsoft Vista on my desktop which is connected directly into my router and after a windows update I could no longer obtain an internet connections while connected to the vpn. I was not sure if that was a coincidence or not so I brought my desk to be serviced, they said I had a bad hard drive, they replaced it and showed me that they were able to connect to the internet through my browser while connected to the vpn. I brought the computer home, it worked for a couple of days, another windows update was automatically installed and I was again no longer able to connect to the internet while on the vpn. From my laptop...I am able to access an internet connection while on the vpn.
